Shri S R Samuel IPS (Jammu & Kashmir 1999) passed away in Delhi today. Shri Samuel was on deputation to GoI as Joint Development Commissioner, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME).
An IPS Officer of 1999 batch, he was posted in the State as SDPO Chrar-i-Sharief, ASP Jammu, AD SKPA Udhampur, SSP Leh .
