Shri Rayees Mohammad Bhat IPS (Jammu Kashmir 2010) presently AIG, Tech, PHQ, has been transferred and posted as AIG (P&T), PHQ, vice Shri Mubassir Latifi Ameer. He shall, however, continue to hold the charge of the post of AIG (Buildings), PHQ, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
