Shri Ravi Shanakar IAS (Gujarat 2007), Director (Administration), Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd., Vadodara is promoted to Super Time Scale of IAS and his services are continued to be placed at the disposal of Energy & Petrochemicals Department to continue to function as Director (Administration), Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd., Vadodara against Ex-cadre post which is separately being equated with IAS Cadre post of “Secretary to Government.”
