Shri Ravi Capoor IAS (AM 1986) presently Secretary, Ministry of Textiles , has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development with effect from 23.12.2019 to 29.12.2019 during the period of absence on leave of Shri Rabindra Panwar IAS (Bihar 1985).
