Ms Rashmi Chawdhary IRPS (1989) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years vice Shri Vijoy Kumar Singh IAS (Punjab 1990).
