Shri Rakesh Ranjan IAS (Manipur 1992), presently working as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education, has been appointed as Member Secretary (JS level), National Pharmaceuticals Pricing Authority (NPPA) under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, on lateral shift basis, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of combined seven years upto 14.10.2019 or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Ms. Sharmila Mary Joseph IAS (Kerala 1997).
