Shri R N Ravi presently as Chairman, Joint Intelligence Committee, NSCS and as Interlocutor of Government of India in Nagaland, has been given extension of tenure as per extant terms and conditions, with effect from 25.08.2018. Shri R N Ravi is a former Kerala cadre IPS Officer of 1976 batch. He has served in the police services for around three decades and retired in 2012 as special director of IB. He is an expert on northeast affairs.
