PIB News Update: The Change of Guard Ceremony on Sundays, which was discontinued earlier due to extreme weather conditions, will recommence from October 13, 2019. The timing of the Ceremony will be:
– from 1630 hrs to 1730 hrs (October 13 to 30, 2019);
– from 1610 hrs to 1710 hrs (November 1, 2019 to March 14, 2020); and
– from 1710 hrs to 1810 hrs (March 15, 2020 to April 30, 2020).
The Ceremony will also continue to take place on every Saturday on following timings:
– from 0740 hrs to 0840 hrs (October 12 to November 14, 2019) and
– from 0940 hrs to 1040 hrs (November 15, 2019 to March 14, 2020)
A request to witness the Change of Guard Ceremony can be made online through a link on the website https://rb.nic.in/rbvisit/rbvisit_cog.aspx. Entry is through Gate No. 2 or 37 of Rashtrapati Bhavan.
