Odisha Transfers – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Naveen Patnaik Govt has shifted 10 IAS Officers in Odisha in the 1st week of this month with Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra IAS (1988) presently Agriculture Production Commissioner allowed to remain in additional charge of ACS- Revenue & DM, Department, Nikunja Bihari Dhal IAS (1993) presently Principal Secretary- Revenue & Disaster Management Dept is now appointed as Principal Secretary- Health & Family Welfare Dept, Dr. Pramod Kumar Meherda IAS (1997) presently Commissioner-cum-Secretary – Health & Family Welfare Dept has been appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary – Commerce & Transport Department with additional charge of Special Secretary- Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment Dept , Arun Bothra IPS (1996) presently CEO- CESU, Odisha with additional charge of MD- CRUT given additional charge of Chairman cum-Managing Director, Odisha State Road Transport Corporation, Bhubaneswar , Yeddula Vijay IAS (2014) presently Commissioner- Rourkela Municipal Corporation with additional charge of CEO- Rourkela Smart City Limited and Member Finance, RDA is now appointed as Deputy Secretary- Planning & Convergence Dept while Dibya Jyoti Parida IAS (2016) presently  Sub-Collector- Baripada under orders of transfer as Deputy Secretary- Health & F.W. Dept with additional charge of OSD, NHM has been appointed as Commissioner- Rourkela Municipal Corporation.
