IAS Transfers in UP – Indian Bureaucracy Update | The UP Government has shifted 6 IAS Officers in the state with Shri Surendra Ram IAS (2010) presently Special Secretary- Rural Development Dept being transferred as Special Secretary- Namami Gangey & Gramin Jalpurti Department, UP, Rajneesh Gupta IAS ( 1990) presently Commissioner & Secretary- Board of Revenue is now transferred as Member- Board of Revenue, UP , Manisha Trighatia IAS ( 2002) presently Secretary- Basic Education Dept now transferred as Commissioner & Secretary- Board of Revenue, Neena Sharma IAS ( 1998) presently Secretary- UP Planning Dept now transferred as Secretary -Infrastructure & Industrial Development Dept , Prem Ranjan Singh IAS ( 2014) presently CDO- Prayagraj now goes as Special Secretary- Irrigation Dept, Lucknow while Ashish Kumar IAS ( 2015) presently Additional Commissioner- Agra is now transferred as Chief Development Officer- Prayagraj , Uttar Pradesh.
