Ms Niharika Rai IAS (AGMUT 2005) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Statistics & Programme Implementation (Shri Vijay Goel) in the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation at the level of Deputy Secretary with effect from 04.10.2017 up to 02.10.2017 for a period of five years.
