Dr Navneet Mohan Kothari IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2001), presently Secretary to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Department of Environment, and Environment Commissioner, with additional responsibilities as Director General of the Environmental Planning & Coordination Organisation (EPCO), has been promoted to the position of Principal Secretary to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in the Pay Matrix Level-15. He will continue to oversee the Department of Environment and serve as Environment Commissioner, along with retaining his additional charge as DG, EPCO.
