Ms. Nandini Sarkar assumed charge of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of NTPC Limited w.e.f. 1st August, 2018. Ms. Nandini Sarkar is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.  Ms. Sarkar joined NTPC as Finance Executive Trainee in 1987.
