Shri Mukesh Kumar IAS (Jharkhand 2009) presently Tribal Welfare Commissioner with additional charge of Vice-Chairman, Ranchi Regional Development Authority has been transferred and posted as Director, Sri Krishna Institue of Public Administration, Ranchi with additional charges of Director, Information and Public Relation Department and Vice Chairman, Ranchi Regional Development Authority.
