Shri. M. S. Shanmugam IAS (Tamil Nadu 2002) has been appointed as Director on the Board of Tamilnadu Telecommunications Limited (TTL) in place of Smt. G. Latha IAS. In his new role, he will representing Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) on the Board of TTL. Prior to this appointment Shri. Shanmugam was posted as Joint Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, Industries Department.
