The Madhya Pradesh government has re-arranged the portfolios of 10 senior IAS officers. The reshuffle impacts key departments, including the Chief Minister’s Office, Urban Development, Energy, and Agriculture, with some officers given or relieved of additional charges. Notable shifts involve Dr Rajesh Kumar Rajora moving from ACS (Chief Minister) to ACS (Narmada Valley Development Authority), while Sanjay Dubey takes over Urban Development as ACS.
Detailed list of the officers with their present and new portfolios is listed below.
- Dr Rajesh Kumar Rajora IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1990), presently Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, with additional charge of Vice President, Narmada Valley Development Authority (NVDA), ACS, NVDA Department, MD, Narmada Basin Projects Company Ltd. (NBPCL), OSD-cum Member (Rehabilitation), NVDA, ACS, Water Resources Department, and ACS, MP Public Service Management Department, is transferred and appointed as ACS – Narmada Valley Development Authority (NVDA), with additional charge of Vice President – Narmada Valley Development Authority (NVDA), MD – Narmada Basin Projects Company Ltd. (NBPCL), OSD-cum Member – Rehabilitation, NVDA, and ACS – Water Resources Department, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
- Shri Sanjay Dubey IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1993), presently ACS, General Administration Department (GAD), ACS, GAD HRC and Legal Vigilance Cell, ACS, Coordination, Office of Chief Secretary, with additional charge of ACS, Science & Technology Department, and
Chairman, Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board, Bhopal, is transferred and appointed as ACS – Urban Development and Housing Department, with additional charge of ACS – Science and Technology Department, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. - Shri Neeraj Mandloi IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1993), who was serving as presently ACS, Energy Department, with additional charge of ACS, PWD, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as ACS – Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, with additional charge of ACS – Energy Department, and, ACS – MP Public Service Management Department, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Development & Housing Department, with additional charge of ACS, Planning, Economic and Statistics Department, and, ACS, Aviation Department, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as ACS – General Administration Department, with additional charge of ACS – GAD HRC and Legal Vigilance Cell, ACS – Coordination, Office of Chief Secretary, ACS – Planning, Economic and Statistics Department, and, ACS – Aviation Department, and, Chairman – Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. - Shri Davindra Pal Ahuja IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1996), presently Principal Secretary, Fishermen Welfare and Fisheries Development Department, with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Ayush Department, Madhya Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Principal Secretary – Cooperation Department, with additional charge of Principal Secretary – Fishermen Welfare and Fisheries Development Department, and, Principal Secretary – Ayush Department, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
- Shri M Selvendran IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2002), presently Secretary, Farmers Welfare & Agriculture Development Department, with additional charge of Secretary, Personnel, GAD, is appointed as Secretary – Personnel, General Administration Department (GAD), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
- Shri Nishant Warwade IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2003), presently Commissioner,
Madhya Pradesh Higher Education, is transferred and appointed Secretary – Farmers Welfare & Agriculture Development Department, Madhya Pradesh. - Shri Prabal Sipaha IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2009), presently OSD-cum-Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission, Indore, is transferred and appointed as Commissioner – Higher Education, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
- Smt Rakhi Sahay IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2015), presently Managing Director, MP Finance Corporation, Indore, is transferred and appointed as Secretary – Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
- Smt Tanvi Hooda IAS (Madhya Pradesh 2014), presently Additional Commissioner,
Commercial Tax, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, is given additional charge of Managing Director – Madhya Pradesh Finance Corporation, Indore.
