“A copper ore tailing (COT) beneficiation plant is going to be commissioned at Malanjkhand by HCL which is expected to generate high grade silica sand to the tune of 5,500 tonnes per day. This sand will be suitable for road making, construction of building, etc. and is also likely to be used in glass industries after further refining,” the statement said. This project is in sync with promoting business synergy among the Public Sector Enterprises as advised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
