The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) functions under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions and plays a pivotal role in promoting administrative excellence within the Government of India. It is primarily responsible for formulating policies and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability in governance.
