- Shri R N Abanikant Parida, an officer of the Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS), 2011 batch, has been appointed as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the Paradip Port Authority (PPA), Paradip, under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Government of India. He will serve at Pay Level 13 for an initial period of three years. A committed and efficient officer, Shri Parida brings rich experience in administration, personnel management, and vigilance matters. He will serve at Pay Level 13 for an initial period of three years. Shri Gupta brings extensive administrative and technical experience from his service in the Government of India, known for his integrity, professionalism, and result-oriented approach. - Shri Vikas Verma, an accomplished officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME), 2010 batch, has been appointed as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the Mumbai Port Authority (MbPA), Mumbai, under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Government of India. He will serve at Pay Level 13 for an initial period of three years. The Mumbai Port Authority (MbPA), functioning under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, is among the oldest and most prominent ports in India. Established in 1873, it serves as a crucial maritime gateway for international trade and commerce along the western coast. Strategically located in the natural harbor of Mumbai, the port manages diverse cargo operations, including liquid bulk, dry bulk, and containerized goods.
