Shri Manoj Kumar Singh IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1988) presently APC & Additional Chief Secretary to Govt of UP, Panchayati Raj Deptt. & Horticulture & Food Processing Deptt., ACS, Coordination & Project Coordinator, DASP and Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner (IIDC), Chairman, PICUP,has been appointed as the Chairman of Noida Authority with additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Panchayati Raj and also hold the charge of Horticulture and Food Processing and Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC).
