Shri Manoj Kumar Dwivedi IAS (AGMUT 1997) given extension in upgradation of the post of Joint Secretary to the level of Additional Secretary in Department of Personnel & Training for a term up to 18.11.2026 by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
