Shri Manish Gurwani , a highly accomplished officer, he holds dual degrees from BITS Pilani—an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering—both earned with first-class distinction. Since joining the Indian Administrative Service, he has held several impactful positions, including District Development Officer in Valsad, Assistant Collector in Jamnagar, and Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi. Shri Gurwani began his formal training at LBSNAA in 2017 and has since demonstrated a strong commitment to public service through a variety of developmental and administrative roles across Gujarat.
