Shri Madnesh Kumar Mishra IRS (IT) (1990) , has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Culture for a combined tenure of seven years upto 31/05/2023 from the date of assumption of the charge of the post vice Ms. Nirupama Kotru IRS (IT 1992).
