Dr. M Ravichandran presently Secretary, Ministry of Earth Sciences, has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Science & Technology  with effect from 01.11.2021 upon completion of extended tenure
of Dr. Renu Swarup as Secretary, Department of Biotechnology on 31.10.2021.
