Shri M J Thakkar IAS (Gujarat 2004) presently Additional Rural Development Commissioner in the Commissionerate of Rural Development, Gandhinagar, has been promoted to Super Time Scale of IAS (Level 14 in the Pay Matrix) and appointed to continue to function on present post .
