Shri Lok Ranjan IAS (TR 1989) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Director (held by Shri Mihir Kumar, IDAS (1996) for a period of two years or till a regular JS level vacancy arises), from the date of assumption of charge of the post,
for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
