Shri Kamran Rizvi IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1991) presently Additional Secretary, Department of Rural Development , has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs by temporarily downgrading a vacant post of Special Secretary in the Ministry.
