Shri Kailash Chand Gupta IAS (Madhya Pradesh 1992) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Shri Rajesh Agarwal IAS (Manipur 1994).
