Shri Jogiranjan Panigrahi IRS(C&CE)(1990) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a period upto his superannuation on 30.11.2023  vice Shri Atul Tiwari IAS(KN 1990).
