Shri Jagdish Chander IAS (Himacha Pradesh 1991) presently Principal Secretary (Horticulture, Excise & Taxation and IT) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, has been appointed as Principal Secretary (Excise & Taxation) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He will also hold additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary (Transport & IT) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
