India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), a public sector undertaking, organised an in-house training session for its women employees with an aim to empower them to take charge of their money and investments. The session was inaugurated by Mr. Piyush Tiwari, Director Commercial & Marketing, ITDC. Financial equality and independence are just important for women. Women not only need to keep a track of their own money but also need to have right investing skills rather than just relying on other family members.
The session was conducted by SMFS, a financial consulting company in collaboration with Ashok Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management (AIH&TM), at Hotel Samrat. The session was designed to cover health and term insurance plan, asset allocation and planning for financially secured future.
