HP 6 IAS Reshuffle Across Ayush, Digital Governance, SIDC

Indian Bureaucracy, Shimla, August 08, 2025| In a fresh round of bureaucratic appointments, the Himachal Pradesh Government has reassigned responsibilities of six (06) IAS officers in the state across various departments of Ayush, Digital Tech & Governance, Industries Development, Land Records etc. Ms A Shainamol IAS (2007) has been given additional charge of Secretary, Ayush, while Ms Rakhil Kahlon IAS (2008) has been appointed as Secretary, for Governance and Digi Tech. Dr Richa Verma IAS (2012) will now head the Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (SIDC). Shri Abhishek Verma IAS (2018) has been posted as Director, Land Records, replacing Ms Ritika IAS (2019), who has been appointed as Additional Controller, Stores, Industries Department, Himachal Road Transport. Detailed description of the officers and their new postings is listed below.

1. Smt A Shainamol IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2007), presently Secretary, Administrative Reforms, Training & Foreign Assignments and Redressal of Public Grievances, Himachal Pradesh, given additional charge of Secretary – Ayush, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
2. Smt Rakhil Kahlon IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2008), presently Secretary, Ayush, Himachal Pradesh, with additional charge of Secretary, Digital Technologies &
   Governance and Jal Shakti Vibhag, is appointed as Secretary – Digital Technologies & Governance, and, Jal Shakti Vibhag, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
3. Dr Richa Verma IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2012), presently Managing Director (MD), Himachal Pradesh State Handicrafts & Handloom Corporation, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as MD – HP State Industrial Development Corporation (SIDC), Shimla, with additional charge of MD – Himachal Pradesh State Handicrafts & Handloom Corporation, Shimla, relieving Shri Rajeshwar Goel IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2012) of additional charge of HPSIDC.
4. Dr Nipun Jindal IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2014), to continue as Director – Digital
   Technologies & Governance, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, with additional charge of Managing Director – Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC), Shimla.
5. Shri Abhishek Verma IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2018), presently under order of
   transfer is now appointed as Director – Land Records, Himachal Pradesh.
6. Ms Ritika IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2019), presently Director, Land Records, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Additional Controller – Stores, Industries Department, Himachal Pradesh, relieving Dr Harish Gajju HPAS (2011) of the additional charge of Additional Controller.
