Hansraj Yadav ISS appointed Common CVO – REIL, IL, HSL and SSL
Shri Hansraj Yadav ISS (2000) has been appointed as the Common CVO – Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Ltd.(REIL), Instrumentation Ltd.(IL), Hindustan Salts Ltd.(HSL) and Sambhar Salts Ltd.(SSL), Jaipur under the Ministry of Heavy Industries with pay at level 13 for an initial period of 3 years.
Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) is a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Government of India, headquartered in Jaipur. It is engaged in manufacturing electronic equipment, renewable energy solutions, and IT-enabled services, particularly in solar power, smart cards, and rural electrification. REIL plays a key role in promoting sustainable technologies and digital initiatives across sectors. The Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) ensures transparency, integrity, and adherence to vigilance guidelines within the organisation.
Instrumentation Limited (IL) is a PSU specializing in industrial instrumentation, control systems, and automation solutions. It has contributed significantly to sectors like oil & gas, power, and fertilizers. Despite operational challenges, IL remains important in India’s industrial ecosystem. The CVO in IL is responsible for vigilance administration, ensuring ethical conduct, system improvements, and prevention of corruption in operations.
Hindustan Salts Limited (HSL) is a Government of India enterprise engaged in the production and supply of salt, including industrial and edible varieties. It plays a vital role in maintaining the supply of iodized salt and supporting public health initiatives. The CVO oversees vigilance functions, ensuring transparent procurement, production, and distribution processes within the company.
Sambhar Salts Limited (SSL) operates India’s largest inland salt lake at Sambhar, Rajasthan, and is involved in salt production and related activities. The company contributes significantly to the salt industry and local economy. The CVO ensures adherence to vigilance norms, promotes accountability, and safeguards public resources through effective monitoring and preventive vigilance measures.
