H Manoj takes charge as Chief General Manager- NABARD
Shri. H Manoj, Chief General Manager has taken over as the Officer-In-Charge of Tamil Nadu Regional Office, NABARD with effect from 02 February 2026.
Hailing from Kerala, Shri. H Manoj has 33 years of experience in Development Banking. He is a Postgraduate in Social Science from Jamia Milia University, Aligarh. Shri H Manoj joined NABARD in September 1992 in Karnataka and went on to serve in various capacities in Assam, Karnataka, Head Office in Mumbai, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andaman Nicobar Island.
He has handled diverse portfolios in NABARD in the areas of Farm Sector/Non-Farm Sector development, Rural Infrastructure, Refinance, Institutional Development of Cooperatives among others in Senior Positions.
In the present position, Shri H Manoj hopes to focus on FPOs, Building Climate resilience in Agriculture, Agri Startups, Computerisation of Cooperatives and scaling up of Agricultural Credit for holistic development of Tamil Nadu and Union Territory of Puducherry.
