Shri Hari kishore Kusumakar IPS (West Bengal 1998) presently posted as IGP (Personnel), Kolkata Police has been given additional charge as Secretary (Coordination) , Home & Hill Affairs Department to his normal duties, until further order.
Shri Kusumakar established National Digital Crime Resource & Training Centre (NDCRTC) in SVP National Police Academy in association with CDAC Hyderabad. He is a BE (mechanical) from Roorke University and holds a Diploma in Police Management from Osmania University.
