Positions – Three (03); Eligibility & Remuneration
- Programme Manager (LLLAP) — 1 Post, Salary: ₹90,000/month.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or Social Sciences, 5 years’ experience in Govt/PSUs/State Govts on large projects. Skills in monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and community-based projects. Age: ≤ 45 years - Programme Associate — 1 Post, Salary: ₹45,000/month.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Freshers eligible; preference for development-sector exposure, Strong MS Office and communication skills, Age: ≤ 40 years - Office Assistant (Admin) — 1 Post, Salary: ₹35,000/month
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Preference for Diploma in computers/secretarial practice, 2 years’ experience in Govt/PSUs/State Govt offices, Age: ≤ 40 years
Posting Location: New Delhi (Jaisalmer House, Man Singh Road)
Tenure: Up to 31 March 2026, extendable annually
Nature: Contractual; terminable without notice
Selection Process
Follows GFR 2017 and Manual for Procurement of Consultancy Services 2022
Screening Committee → Consultancy Evaluation Committee
Panel of shortlisted candidates valid for 6 months
Work Conditions
Timings: 9:00 am–5:30 pm (may require extended hours/holidays)
No government accommodation, HRA, or CGHS
Office workspace, official email, basic facilities provided
Leave & Increment
Leave: 12 days annually (pro-rata, non-carryforward)
Increment: Up to 10% after one year of satisfactory service
