PIB News Update: On the occasion of celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Constitution Day, Goa Postal Division will be releasing a Special Cancellation on “The Constitution Day ” on 26.11.2020. This Special cancellation will be impressed upon all the articles posted at the Panaji
Head Post Office in the Goa Division on 26th November 2020.The Special cancellation is expected to highlight the importance and create the awareness among the public regarding Constitution Day.
Constitution Day also known as ‘Samvidhan Divas’, is celebrated in our country on 26th November every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26th November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India, which came into effect from 26th January 1950.
