Shri Ghanshyam Upadhyay IPS  (Odisha 1999) presently posted as Deputy Inspector General(DIG) Central Bureau of Investigation( Policy) CBI, returned to parent cadre due to his central deputation tenure completion. The Competent Authority(CBI) has relieved him to join his duty in cadre.
