Shri Ghanshyam Bansal IPS (AGMUT 2011) , has been appointed to the post of Financial Advisor(Deputy Secretary Level) in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), New Delhi under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs(a Non-CSS post) on deputation basis for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge of the post.
