Shri G.S.Patnaik former IAS (AGMUT 1980) previously served as Principal Secretary Home, Delhi Government and Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Government of India, has been appointed as advisor to Governor of Arunachal Pradesh. The Centre has recently imposed President’s Rule in Arunachal Pradesh with effect from 26 January 2016.
