India Bureaucracy IDAS Appointments | The Cabinet has approved the empanelment of four Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) Officers from 1997 batch for holding Joint Secretary level posts at the Central Government. The names being Himanshu Shanker  , Niraj Kumar Gayagi , Jarubala Sirish Choudhary  and Kanwar Sameer Lather .
