The award was received by Ms. Veena Swarup, Director (HR) from Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon’ble Union Minister for Communications & Information Technology in the gracious presence of Shri M Venkaiah Naidu, Hon’ble Union Minister for Urban Development, Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation and Parliamentary Affairs and Shri Radha Mohan Singh, Hon’ble Union Minister for Agriculture in a glittering ceremony held in New Delhi.
