Shri Dheeraj Gupta IAS (J&K 1993) presently Principal Secretary to Government, Housing & Urban Development Department, has been appointed as Inquiry Officer to conduct an enquiry into the matter of allowing retired officers to continue in Cluster University, Srinagar and to fix responsibility of the officers/officials who exceeded their authority and passed orders without approval of Competent Authority
