Over 15,000 DFC employees, staff as well as personnel belonging to contractors and project partners participated in a pledge to safeguard against COVID-19 across 14 field units and sub units and 16 functional stations today. Team DFCCIL rededicated itself towards fighting the scourge of COVID-19 though measures like wearing masks properly, social distancing and washing hands with soap regularly. Hon’ble MR Sh. Piyush Goyal had administered the oath to Indian Railways employees and staff today. Sh R N Singh MD DFCCIL and senior leadership took the COVID-19 pledge today. The different DFC site locations where the pledge was taken today were Jaipur, Ajmer, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Mumbai North, Mumbai South, Noida, Ambala, Tundla, Meerut, Aligarh, Kanpur, Allahabad (W), Allahabad (E), Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Kolkata locations. DFCCIL has been proactive in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and has been observing the various directions from the authorities. This pledge will help in protecting the employees and workforce and helping combat the COVID-19 pandemic. These 15,000 messengers will pass on the messages to their family, friends and persons in contact with them to safeguard the public at large.
