The Delhi Police on Friday announced administrative reshuffle, issuing two separate orders that realign responsibilities within the force while relieving 11 officers for postings outside the national capital.
The orders, No. 18323–18472/CB-I/PHQ and 18473–18622/CB-I/PHQ, both dated February 27, 2026, were issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Police from Police Headquarters on Jai Singh Road, the directives combine interim look after arrangements across key districts and units with transfers carried out under instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Government of NCT of Delhi.
While eight IPS officers have been attached to districts and specialised units to oversee work until further orders, eleven IPS and DANIPS officers have been formally relieved with effect from February 28, 2026, to report to Arunachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.

- Shri Ajit Kumar Singla IPS (AGMUT 2004), attached with Joint Commissioner of Police, Eastern Range, Delhi Police.
- Shri R P Meena IPS (AGMUT 2013), attached with Commissioner of Police, Shahdara, Delhi Police.
- Shri Rahul Alwal IPS (AGMUT 2014), attached with Crime Branch, Delhi Police.
- Shri Shobhit D Saksena IPS (AGMUT 2015), attached with Traffic Unit, Delhi Police.
- Ms Niharika Bhatt IPS (AGMUT 2015), attached with Dwarka District as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-I, Delhi Police.
- Shri Sachin Kumar Singhal IPS (AGMUT 2017), attached with West District as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-I, Delhi Police.
- Ms Isha Singh IPS (AGMUT 2021), attached with North District as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-I, Delhi Police.
- Shri Praveen Kumar Tripathi IPS (PPS), attached with Special Cell, Delhi Police.

- Shri Mangesh Kashyap IPS (AGMUT 2009), presently Additional Commissioner of Police, Crime, Delhi Police, is transferred to Arunachal Pradesh.
- Shri Rajiv Ranjan Singh IPS (AGMUT 2010), presently Additional Commissioner of Police, Eastern Range, Delhi Police, is transferred to Chandigarh.
- Ms Sandhya Swami IPS (AGMUT 2016), presently Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Delhi Police, is transferred to Arunachal Pradesh.
- Shri Achin Garg IPS (AGMUT 2019), presently Deputy General Manager, Delhi Police Housing Corporation Limited (DPHCL), Delhi Police, is transferred to Arunachal Pradesh.
- Shri Deependra Kumar Singh DANIPS (2014), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shahdara, Delhi Police, is transferred to Andaman & Nicobar Islands (A&NI).
- Ms Suma Madda DANIPS (2015), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, North District, Delhi Police, is transferred to Andaman & Nicobar Islands (A&NI).
- Shri Sunil DANIPS (2014), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, North-West District, Delhi Police, is transferred to Andaman & Nicobar Islands (A&NI).
- Shri Patel Nirav Kumar DANIPS (2015), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Outer North District, Delhi Police, is transferred to Lakshadweep.
- Shri Ishan Bhardwaj DANIPS (2015), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, South-East District, Delhi Police, is transferred to Lakshadweep.
- Shri Rahul Vikram DANIPS (2018), presently Assistant Commissioner of Police, Special Cell, Delhi Police, is transferred to Andaman & Nicobar Islands (A&NI).
- Ms Neeraj Tokas DANIPS (2022 batch), presently Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Rajouri Garden, West District, Delhi Police, is transferred to Andaman & Nicobar Islands (A&NI).
