The Delhi Police on Friday announced administrative reshuffle, issuing two separate orders that realign responsibilities within the force while relieving 11 officers for postings outside the national capital.
The orders, No. 18323–18472/CB-I/PHQ and 18473–18622/CB-I/PHQ, both dated February 27, 2026, were issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Police from Police Headquarters on Jai Singh Road, the directives combine interim look after arrangements across key districts and units with transfers carried out under instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Government of NCT of Delhi.
While eight IPS officers have been attached to districts and specialised units to oversee work until further orders, eleven IPS and DANIPS officers have been formally relieved with effect from February 28, 2026, to report to Arunachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.

Ms Niharika Bhatt IPS (AGMUT 2015), attached with Dwarka District as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-I, Delhi Police.
Shri Sachin Kumar Singhal IPS (AGMUT 2017), attached with West District as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-I, Delhi Police.
Ms Isha Singh IPS (AGMUT 2021), attached with North District as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-I, Delhi Police.
