PIB News Update: On the occasion of Constitution Day, all the officers and staff of Ministry of DoNER participated in the Preamble reading by the Hon’ble President of India Shri Ram NathKovind.
A webinar on the theme “Constitutional Safeguards with regard to Scheduled Tribes” was also organized on the occasion. Shri RavindraGarimella, Joint Secretary (Retd.),Lok Sabha Secretariatwas the Lead Speaker. All the officers from MDoNER and its Organization alsoparticipated in the Webinar. During the discussion Shri K. Moses Chalai, Secretary, NEC said that MDoNER is working towards focused development of all the deprived areas; deprived/neglected sections of society and emerging priority sectors in the North Eastern States.
Standees/posters/Infographics (shared by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment) on the fundamentals of Indian Constitution have also beendisplayed prominently in the premises of the MDoNER.
