Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing CII Jalandhar MSME SUMMIT 2018 with the theme “Driving MSMEs Towards Achieving Excellence & Enhance Their Internal Competitiveness” on Wednesday, 29 August 2018 at Hotel Radisson, Jalandhar. Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) and National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) are the Institutional Partner for this Summit.
You would appreciate that MSME sector is the backbone of the modern day economy. The importance of this segment is undisputed. However, the yawning gap between the needs, demands and policy interventions in this sector has at times dampened the sector’s prospects. The recent developments (Demonetization & GST) have added to the sector’s problems. Hence, it becomes imperative for us to ensure that MSME sector, which is facing tough time, should be strongly supported by all relevant stakeholders including Government and Financial Institutions.
