Indian Bureaucracy, Patna, August 18, 2025| The Government of Bihar today issued posting orders for eleven (11) IAS officers, including ten from the 2023 batch. All eleven officers had recently completed their Professional Course Phase-II at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) and were awaiting assignments with the General Administration Department (GAD).
The Phase-II Professional Course at LBSNAA is an eight-week program that builds upon the officers’ district training experience. It emphasizes analyzing field learnings, addressing challenges in public service delivery, and strengthening core administrative skills.
