Among all the State and Central Public Sector Enterprises, BHEL has been adjudged as the Best Overall Performing PSE by an independent jury. To this effect, the Governance Now PSU Award 2015 was presented to Mr. Subrata Biswas, Director (E, R&D) by Mr.Ram Vilas Paswan, Hon’ble Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution in the presence of Mr.Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Minister of State for Railways. In addition, BHELbagged three more awards in the category of Technology Adoption, Research and Innovation and CSR Initiative.
