Bandana Preyashi, has been appointed as Private Secretary to Law and Justice Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad in the Department of Legal Affairs in the Ministry of Law and Justice. Ms. Preyashi, a 2003 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, has been appointed for a period of 5 years or on co-terminus basis with the Minister’s tenure.
She is known for her effectiveness and fearlessness in the Bihar’s administrative circle. A product of St Stephens College, Preyashi is an MA and MPhil in English literature from Delhi.
